All Feet on Deck
Shredding has always been a part of the RAW rolling papers brand, and now they’re bringing a new grind to the street with the RAW Cruiser Skateboard. It’s a limited edition deck with the commuter in mind, cruising through alleyways and beaches in high style.
On this compact, longboard-style deck, its shape rides smoothly, but it’s about half as long, so it’s way easier to turn. That’s a good thing since the RAW Cruiser Skateboard is decked in a collage of all-natural rolling papers on the top and the RAW logo beneath. These are bound to turn some heads and maybe even turn you around too!
Above Board Â
Like the rest of the company’s RAWthentic boards, the RAW Cruiser Skateboard is made in America from Great Lakes Maple. It’s super high-quality, so even if you roughly handle it, you’ll still get a few good years. The Maple is 8-ply and cold pressed with Franklin glue.
At a compact 24 inches long and 7.5 inches wide, it’s no wonder this deck is responsive and made for cruising comfortably. Add your favorite trucks, wheels, bearings, and grip tape for your customized, RAWesome setup.
The RAW Cruiser Skateboard is also good for tricks like pivots, mannies, ollies, and flips. But it’s mainly a great cruiser skateboard for beginners to learn tricks or to get across campus. With the right setup, a rough road is more easily avoided or ridden.

Cruising Along in Style
This board’s small size means it takes less storage space and is easy to carry around. However, with its 8-ply maple, the RAW Cruiser Skateboard is heavier than most mini cruiser skateboards. It weighs six pounds, mainly because of the wood.
If you want to cruise with the RAW Cruiser Skateboard, you want the smoothest ride possible. Softer wheels on cruiser skateboards are great for rough roads, nasty pebbles, and cracks on pavements.Â
Anyone who skateboards has some story to tell about being unexpectedly thrown off a board because of a small rock or even twigs. So, your cruiser needs to have large wheels (65mm and above) and low on the Durometer scale.Â
