With a name that that literally means “the highest point of orbit”, it only makes sense that Chicago’s newest rooftop bar – Apogee – chose a bong as the vessel for their “Mr. Nice Guy” cocktail (which is named as a reference to the smoker comedy “Half Baked”). What’s in Mr. Nice Guy? We’re not sure yet, as the bar only opened a few days prior to this post. We do know that the smoke in the bong is created through white oak and dehydrated blackberry. So if those sound tasty to you, give the Mr. Nice Guy a try next time your at the 26th floor of the Dana Hotel & Spa.
